Items are packaged with a business card and order form. If you are happy with your purchase please tell your friends and pass on the card.
When I get your order I will send you a personal email confirmation with an expected delivery date.
If I do not have the item you want in stock I will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
If there is likely to be any delay I will let you know as soon as possible.
If there is a delay and you would rather have a refund than wait that is fine.

The price of the goods shall be that stipulated on the website. The price is inclusive of VAT where applicable.
The total purchase price, including delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in the buyer's shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
Payment of the price and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the goods.
£1 for orders under £9.99
£2.95 for orders over £10 but under £59.99
£3.95 for orders over £60
Orders will be processed within 7 working days (except during a holiday period of which you will be notified)
Orders are posted via 2nd class Royal Mail
Please allow 10 working days for delivery of most items to the UK and 20 days for delivery anywhere else.
Please allow 28 working days for delivery of pads.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or you change your mind you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange provided it has not be used.

The UK law is the applicable law.
